I don't have a handbook but I did eventually look on the Honda web site and it says it needs a service but it was just serviced in February.

The car has been sitting with a flat battery for a couple of months I just got it jump started today.

..perhaps whoever did the service did not re-set the indicator???

    .."It's everybody's fault but mine...."
  • It may be that the Jazz has sub menus of servicing.  This I discovered on another Honda model where there was a service indicator purely for the air-filter.   This had been changed at my last service but this specific service indicator had not been reset although the "general" one had.

It is not just Honda that has these separate service indicators.
Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid

I'm concerned by the -41 sun/starfish symbols- what do they mean?

Does it think it is -41 degrees? The fuelling will be wrong if it does.

Or does it mean it is 41 miles past a service?
I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

(except air quality and Medical Science ;))

41 days past its service because the timer got screwed due to low battery voltage...?

Service WarningThe spanner is a ‘General Fault’ message. It can light up when the car needs a service, but you will get a screen message on the cars display if this is reason. It could also indicate a fault with the electrical systems, the pedal sensors, 12V battery or problems with the charging system. Seek professional advice.
