Cheap Energy Club issues

Hi all,

I've been trying for weeks now to use the cheap energy club website, but it has never worked.
I have an account, I'm logged-in, but all i get is a blank screen, see picture below.
I've refreshed, logged out and back in, tried to make a new account, tried different browsers, different devices, nothing has worked.

Has anyone else had this problem and managed to fix it?

Hi @1964Mustang  - I've checked with colleagues and they tell me there is a known issue affecting a small number of accounts - if you email them on EnergyClub@MoneySavingExpert.com they can help you sort this.

Old post I know....but as of today I have tried for 2 hours, with several confirmed different house numbers and postcodes, but still cant register??
