What would be the basis for this argument? Normal buildings insurance simply does not cover this as a risk. "Sudden movement" isn't in itself an insured risk either. And "potential for severe damage and risk to life" doesn't turn something into an insured risk.liveletlive said:Challenge the insurance company’s denial of coverage.
