British Gas new usage data

Has anyone noticed that the new usage data both online and on the new BG app is actually incorrect.
When I have checked my usage by the hour their data is one hour behind as if they haven’t accounted for British Summer Time.
I charge my car from midnight on the off peak rate but their data shows the usage as the day before at 11pm.
For customers like me on a dual rate, means they are overcharging me.
I have made them aware but they seem to be clueless. I am finding it very difficult to find someone who can resolve the issue.
