    Motorists need Govt to act NOW to control the private parking industry's unfair practices.

    You aren't using a form, and your timing depends whether or not you want a claim around the end of April.

    More of an update, than a question. Got the £170 demand from them, I'll just ignore as per other messages. If this does iht the court, would it be a good idea to start a claim against them too?
