OVO Go Smart tariffs
I’ve used the energy comparison tool and it shows the OVO Go Smart 1 year fixed tariff even though it shows I’m already an OVO customer.
Does anyone know if this tariff is only for those without a smart meter? The OVO site is only offering me the more expensive 1 year fixed tariff.

Yes its only available to those on a traditional (non smart) meter, but you have to agree to have a smart meter installed when you switch to the tariffAnnoyingly, this tariff keeps showing for me too when I use the energy comparison tool as i'm not able to switch to it.

The tariff is available to new and OVO existing customers, but only to those without smart meters. You need to get one installed as a part of the terms of the tariff, meaning that you can only really take advantage of it once. Not sure if it is a comparison site exclusive tariff?0
