I can't see any other threads from the OP apart from this one. Agreed a fit note isn't needed but if they think they would qualify for LCWRA element it's worth reporting their health condition and providing fit notes because LCWRA is more than carers element.Robbie64 said:Wasn't this question posted the other day? Spoonie_Turtle is there a passage in the DWP text or workbook you could guide me to that says if someone is put into universal credit group that have to work, they are exempt due to being a carer?From previous experience, not all people working within benefits system know the rules. Having text to show a work coach would ease my anxiety.Thank you for your help.0
