Home insurance missed something is it important?

Just bought home insurance via gocompare / policyexpert, but when I looked at the policy after buying it I see it says central heating with hot water tank. But it's not it's a combi boiler. I obviously missed this tick box in the policyexpert part as it only asked if I had central heating in the gocompare questions.
Should I ring them and change it / will this cost money? Or should I just leave it till next year?

I suggest you call them and query this. It's quite possible that their system only has limited choices, so they have to pick the one that most closely matches your situation.
