Hi, I stayed in an air b and b in Woolwich arsenal where is was given a parking permit by the consierge. I hung it on my rear view mirror . Then next morning I had a ticket saying it wasn't visible ( it was valid). I had hung it backwards but if you looked through the passenger window , rather than the windscreen it was clearly visible and valid.
I emailed the proof but they came back and said " tough" basically. So, as I had heard that these companies didn't have the power of the council for example I ignored it. Now, they have sent a text saying it had gone to TNC legal and the charge is now 170 . Any suggestions please ?!

Ignore the debt collectors messages, come back to this thread if you receive paperwork in the post, especially if it is an LoC or a court claim in the future
If you have moved, then email a Data Rectification Notice to the DPO at the Parking company and add redacted proof of your current address and insist that they MUST ERASE the old address from their records and they MUST post all paperwork to your New address ONLY1 -
