Occupation order

I have a court granted occupation order against my ex partner. It has powers of arrest attached to it and is in place until our jointly owned home is sold. Does anyone know if this means sold subject to contract (or under offer) or whether it is until it’s sold properly, ie all legal contracts have been signed?

I would guess until you move out.1

It would be until home vacated SSTC might not lead to completion.1

It would be until the moment you exchange keys after signing the contract of sale.0
