Britania Parking - Appeal Rejected - Parking not validated.

I am filling in a POPLA form now to just drag this out further.I have been in contact with RE:Volve Real Estate who are the managers of the site. These details were confirmed by the TenPin. I noticed on Britannia's sign there is no reference to parking validation, where as they have admitted to that being an option via one of the above emails. Is that something to go on?

Apologies for the double post - the edit button doesn't seem the be showing up for me.Forgot to mention - it appears that Britannia are ignoring Re:Volve and have not replied to their email. I have chased this up with RE:Volve and am awaiting a response. I am guessing this won't be until Monday.1

You definitely won't know what sticks if its not in the Popla appeal, Popla only consider the contents and you only get one shot, apart from the comments stage after the claimant submits their evidence pack2
