Issues registering / logging into Raisin

hiya,
My pal sent me a referral link to raisin. I registered and all was well. I tried to login and it says it's the wrong password...I try the RESET link, the email does not arrive in my inbox. It's not in my junk / spam. I then tried to re-register and it says that it already has an account registered with the NI number.
I can confirm categorically that my email is not rejecting emails from raisin.co.uk domain, as I received an email from them stating that i had successfully signed up for the newsletter...My referral friend even contacted Raisin via his account to ask them to contact me via my registered email account to resolve the situation, but he was told that i have to contact them via Raisin messages (which i can only get access to AFTER i've successfully logged in
)
