Believe have to wait 28 days before could reported item as lost. Who gets the compensation, is it the buyer who has already paid for the item.

The sender gets the compensation as they have the contract with the courier. However, if a parcel is lost then the seller needs to refund the buyer regardless of the status of any claim.cherry76 said:Believe have to wait 28 days before could reported item as lost.
