bt logins confusion

Does anyone know what's going on with their logins for email and account ?
They say that it's simply www.bt.com/email for email and www.bt.com/login for bt account.
But these both lead to long url's which keep changing and then don't work after a while when saved.
Also the latest bt.com/login leads to an error page but allows login to mybt - ?!
Is there a simple way to avoid this nonsense ?

Well the login page goes to https://home.bt.com/login/loginform if you follow the link on the bottom bt.com/loginAnd the email page goes to a page to log into your email. Not sure what you're looking at?0

Create a bookmark which is for the original urls (www.bt.com/email and www.bt.com/login) and not the session based ones that get created.Monanore said:Does anyone know what's going on with their logins for email and account ?They say that it's simply www.bt.com/email for email and www.bt.com/login for bt account. But these both lead to long url's which keep changing and then don't work after a while when saved. Also the latest bt.com/login leads to an error page but allows login to mybt - ?!Is there a simple way to avoid this nonsense ?
It may be that you need to create the bookmark against the session on and then edit it if you don't know how to manually create one.1 -
Have to agree with the initial post!Monanore said:Does anyone know what's going on with their logins for email and account ?They say that it's simply www.bt.com/email for email and www.bt.com/login for bt account. But these both lead to long url's which keep changing and then don't work after a while when saved. Also the latest bt.com/login leads to an error page but allows login to mybt - ?!Is there a simple way to avoid this nonsense ?0 -
Basically, you are making the bookmarks at the wrong point. Trying to jump into the middle of a session rather than the landing page.Monanore said:Does anyone know what's going on with their logins for email and account ?They say that it's simply www.bt.com/email for email and www.bt.com/login for bt account. But these both lead to long url's which keep changing and then don't work after a while when saved. Also the latest bt.com/login leads to an error page but allows login to mybt - ?!Is there a simple way to avoid this nonsense ?Don’t bookmark the long url, bookmark bt.com/email etc.2
