PCN - I am Reg Keeper but not Driver (non-UK Driver)

I told you what to do , as did Fruitcake, the PCN letter rear page tells you how to transfer liability to the driver, in the POFA section, so do so
Thank you. I have now done what you both have suggested. (what I meant before was, I wasn't sure where to send that but now I saw that in appeals, there is an option to say I am not the driver). Thank you.2
