The winner and guest will stay for two nights, B&B, in a suite at the Lanesborough – the palatial five-star hotel on Hyde Park Corner. One of Oetker Collection’s Masterpiece Hotels, it reopened in 2015 after a top-to-bottom refurbishment, which included ceilings decorated with 23-carat gold leaf. Facilities include the Lanesborough Club & Spa and the Lanesborough Grill, where the chef Shay Cooper’s menu showcases seasonal produce and champions regional artisans.
