Scottish Power Reported Missed Payments on a PAYG Meter

Hello, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated please

I transferred to Scottish Power last September and left them in March this year. I was never on direct debit just a PAYG meter for both gas and electric.

Switched to Octopus, still with money on both my meters, believing everything was settled with SP.

In April SP have reported on my credit file I have missed 2x payments. I contacted SP and they have sent through that I had a final bill for both gas and electric. Tried to dispute but no to avail. I have paid the amounts to clear them.

But the problem I have is now I have missed payments on my credit file which are not correct. I was never a credit customer and I was not aware I had any final bills.

I contacted Transunion to correct the information and they have thrown my dispute out.

Where do I go from here? The information is not right!
