Hi is it worth buying the search packs off a previous buyer if the same property who has recently dropped out of buying property we've been accepted on,?

They're not valid for very long - something like 3 months to exchange, 6 months to completion - but you should check the detail of this with your solicitor.1

Solicitor said I could buy the pack but there could be bits missing and they would still need to check them.My buyer still needs to run checks as well anyway so not sure if it really saves anything.0
