I’m in London and the NHS definitely don’t supply the GN Phone Clip+ only in exceptional circumstances - but at this stage it hasn’t even been confirmed that it will work. 

It’s the same with the GN Resound’s Multi Mic which costs about £180 without vat - you have to buy this yourself. Vat is not payable to users who require medical equipment (for self use) if they sign a declaration.

OOI I’ve been advised that my NHS super powered Ambio S98 are the same as the GN Resound Nexus, a private offering. The NHS versions seem to seldom feature on the company’s websites as it would affect the private market.

There’s also same product parallel marketing within the private sector. For example, the Phillips 9040 (peddled through Costco) is the same as the Oticon Real 1 but the Philips, a top product too, is a fraction of the price. If these were available in the UK through independents (ie not Costco) I think people with moderate hearing loss should try these out as I’ve read these are remarkable.

ps. I’m now advised the Ambio 98 I have are equivalent to the ReSound super powered ENZO hearing aids

I think the Ambio S range use the same Bluetooth audio chipset so my 98 ones should work too.
Which phone are you using with them please?
