Anyone else experiencing issues with nationwide chargeback on online banking?

I have been trying to do a chargeback for about a month now to no avail.

For weeks nationwide would just make an error each time it went to submit the form for the chargeback. Recently I managed to get it to go through and it was listed at the bottom of the page but then I heard nothing back from them from over a week whereas I used to get responses within a couple of days.

Now when I went to look on the account online the case had disappeared again so I have just resubmitted.

    I know online banking is useful, but I doubt I'd have left it this long without trying to contact them via a different method. Give them a call and ask them what is happening.

    Do you live near a branch?

    Failing that, see if their Private Message functionality is working again. If not, print out a message and post it to them!
