Anyone else experiencing issues with nationwide chargeback on online banking?

I have been trying to do a chargeback for about a month now to no avail.
For weeks nationwide would just make an error each time it went to submit the form for the chargeback. Recently I managed to get it to go through and it was listed at the bottom of the page but then I heard nothing back from them from over a week whereas I used to get responses within a couple of days.
Now when I went to look on the account online the case had disappeared again so I have just resubmitted.

I know online banking is useful, but I doubt I'd have left it this long without trying to contact them via a different method. Give them a call and ask them what is happening.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0

Failing that, see if their Private Message functionality is working again. If not, print out a message and post it to them!1 -

Ye that is what I did. Good turnaround, got a response a few hours after sending first thing.
