NatWest digital saver round ups.

I’ve opened up a digital saver with NatWest and activated the “round ups”. Can you tell me, how long does it normally take for a round ups payment to show in the digital saver. I made a couple of payments 48hrs ago with my debit card but nothing is showing as yet in the round ups.

 I have an RBS one (same thing really) and I remember being puzzled that nothing appeared immediately, think it was a few days to get going then I think they are credited the next day 

PS just checked - I got acknowledgement of opening the account on 11th JUne last year and the first transfer was made on the 14th June

It normally takes 2-3 days for them to show. Did you activate the double round ups to double the amount paid into your digital saver?

The debit card transaction will show as pending until actually processed.
Processing tends to happen overnight the day after the debit card transaction took place. (provided the payee promptly presents their debit card data to their card services provider).

The debit card transaction is then posted to the account and the roundup payment is made.

So assuming you made a payment on Monday morning, the debit card transaction will show as pending when you check on Monday and Tuesday.
Then if you check on Wednesday you will see the debit card transaction and roundup debit entries as cleared and dated Tuesday. (Natwest has always been an "overnight batch job" kind of bank).

I recently  started  using  the RBS version and it took 24 hours for the payment to go into  my saving account.
The first day l started  using the features my card was blocked but sorted it over the phone and so far  no more issues.
On another note lve never eaten so many carrots and bananas:)

My last one appeared on the same day, but normally it takes between 1 and 3 days.  You will probably see it in your digital saver tomorrow.
