"Alexa show 5 " touch screen not working

Hi all,

i am using Alexa Show 5 but the touch screen died 2 days back suddenly. All other functions are working perfectly i.e questioning & answering but the touch screen, no response at all. I have also reset is several times but no luck. I purchased it almost 2 years ago.

Any advice

Where did you buy it and how did you pay?

Bought it from amazon uk and paid by debit card.
