Drain survey on property I'm buying...

Hi, wondering if anyone can give any thoughts please on the contents of a drainage survey I've had done on a property I am buying.

I initially had a homebuyer's survey done which was pretty good, bar the mention of 'waste accuumulation' and the recommendation of a CCTV drain survey, which I went ahead with.

The survey has come back with the following and I am going to negotiate with the seller, however I know very little about drainage and am wondering if, like with a homebuyers survey, some of these would be 'nice to haves'. I have spoken to the company but clearly they stand to make just under £3000 on this so have told me I should definitely get it all done. He advised one of the tests wasn't able to be done due to concrete and would need to be excavated and further CCTV.

Any thoughts at all please from anyone who might know a bit more about drains? And does this price seem reasonable?

I'm not sure whether i need to include most of the below but it doesn't mean much to me...

    so there are 5 drains
    - 2 (D & E) of which could not be surveyed at all for unexplained reason
    - 1 (C) is good condition and needs no work
    - 2 (A & B ) need work done to them

    works comprise:
    1.  rebuilding a manhole (inspection chamber) from bottom up
    2. repairs in 6 places to buried pipework relating to A & B

where split pipes are leaking it is reasonable to say they need to be made watertight (repair patch like on a bike puncture)
whether the manhole chamber actually needs total rebuild is impossible to say from that info, but one glance at it in the flesh would confirm

    is £2,700 a good price - no idea !

I read it that it was the channel and benching in the manhole that needed doing, 3 gullys replaced and 6 lengths of the pipework patch lined. There'll be more on top when they look at all the drains. Drainage work isn't cheap although a lot of it is labour.  If you've got the old salt glazed pipes and the drains aren't running properly it's worth getting them fixed.

    Thank you.
They did attach pictures, but they could be anything, I have no idea what I am looking at... I'm assuming the second
may be the manhole they are referring to

The manhole looks like it was put on the drain run later on, and not part of the original build. They've broken into the pipe and built a manhole around it. Probably because the drain was getting blocked up and needed a rodding point.
    At least it's roddable now.
