A while ago there was either a thread- or within a thread- suggestions for adding extras to making Mamade marmalade and now I am searching for that thread.
The search engine has come up with ....nada- even posts going back to 2005!
Please can anyone find it for me so that I can either bookmark or cut & paste! or even copy down

Can I add to the brilliant suggestions so far on using Mamade? I use a third dark muscavado sugar … it makes it taste like caramel and I also add chopped preserved ginger5-8 lumps but wait till the marmalade is nearly cooked before adding2

When it is cooked, I leave the marmalade to stand for about ten minutes before pouring it into jars, so that the peel doesn’t rise to the top.
I have added a bit of whiskey to the last of the marmalade to be put into jars, for a Christmas present for my Dad.1
