Pension Tracing Service not working

I was looking at the gov.uk Pension Tracing website before , but it does not appear to be working this week. Is anyone else able to access it ?

Yes that's the one. I can load the page , but when I click on Start button it times outs. I'll try another PC

Might be an OS and/or browser issue, I tried it soon after you initially reported an issue and it worked fine for me on Windows 11/Firefox.

Thanks both. I have found it does not work on my Sky broadband. If I use 4G on my phone (Wifi off) it works fine.
I can find the info I need on an old employer that way .
Maybe an issue with Sky broadband, but everything else works fine.

Doubt it's anything to do with Sky.

Get another browser and use that through your Sky.  If it now works the issue is with your first browser.
