Patio, is this reflective staining
Looking for help / advice on a patio I’ve just had professionally laid that is in my opinion already showing reflective staining
The contractor stated the flags (Indian stone) would be laid on a full bed. They have since said they were laid on a ring / dab and tapped down enough for form a full bed.
Based on the picture below is it reasonable to ask for this to be re done or refunded?
Thanks in advance

You don't get a full bed by ring or 5 dab bedding. He hasn't done the job as he originally said he'd do it. I wouldn't be too happy with it.

Is it bad enough to insist on having it redone? That may be quite a task.If it's technically 'ok' - ie strong enough - then the 'only' issue is the staining? Is this likely to continue? If so, how much is this 'worth' in terms of compensation?(I don't know - that's why I'm asking

It's not as structurally sound as a full bed. There's more chance of cracked slabs.0
