  • Hi @sharpsand8, I have a mediation call tomorrow.
  • I had my mediation call today and can confirm that DCBL accepted my offer of £20 after reading about others who have done the same on this site. That feels like a massive win for me! I also have another PCN (exactly the same situation as this one, but the scoundrels have caught up to me now) and plan on taking that one to all the way to small claims, if need be, now that I feel braver and more clued-up about the whole thing. Thanks to @Coupon-mad and all the others involved in this helpful forum.

I agree that is a win. The court fee alone cost them £35 so settling for £20 means you won. They lost!

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
