Closed my account!

Birmingham Midshires closed our accounts and we didn’t get a notice as our postal system here is rubbish. Now we cannot get through on any of the telephone numbers on their website to talk to someone,  despite them saying from the 17th of June they would be manning helplines.
Anyone know what to do?

Announcement that the savings accounts were closing was first made in September 2022. Hardly new news.

They are probably getting a lot of calls, so try again in a day or two and I'm sure you'll get to speak to someone.
