Fraud on a curve card what to do

Hi i use a curve card with my credit cards upto now its been a good expereince

On sunday around 4am i had quite alot amoutning to 380 pounds of fraudulent transactions on my curve card when i woke up and noticed i froze the curve card and they stopped 

I contacted curve via the app didn't get anywhere doing that so i filled in the fraudulent transaction form and got an automated email saying it could take afew days for them to reply. 

In the curve faq it does say if i contact the CC card curve can no longer deal with it 

so do i just wait until curve reply ?

anyone had any experience how curve deals with this how long it takes them to reply
