Wrong Goods Sent From Auction

I brought some goods from an auction house through I-Bidder. It was the second time I had used them and the first there was no problem. Both times I arranged a courier to collect them and they packed them.
The second time I found it was completely the wrong goods. It was quite obviously either the wrong box or they had picked the wrong goods. They have a few auctions a week so I am not sure if they were the right lot numbers but wrong auction.
I contacted them and they said they were sorry and to return the box and they would refund. However a week later and no refund and they are ignoring me. I am not sure what to do. I paid by bank transfer as that was the only payment they would accept. I have used I-Bidder and other auctions for years and had the odd badly described lot but never completely the wrong lots.
It was £150 which I guess is a relative small amount but it is a large amount to me. I used to run a business buying goods at auction and selling. Due to worsening disability I have reduced it and reduced it and its more of a hobby now. So £150 is a big chunk of money. I am also down £30 for collecting them and returning them.
Any advice of what to do would be gratefully received.

When you say they are ignoring you I presume you are emailing? Perhaps a simple phone call would unblock things?
Do you have it in writing that they would refund you? Do you have evidence it was delivered back to them like a signature or photograph?1 -
Thank you. They only have an e-mail address no phone number. I have it in an e-mail they would refund me. Tracking shows that it was delivered with a photo.0
