If you have had the claim paid I would drop it.
Any complaint really isn't going to stop your situation happening to others.
Best thing you could do would be to leave reviews where you can.

thanks your right, it looks like (to me at least) they like their loop hole and want to keep it in place to make life difficult for anyone wanting to make a claim.
Just not convinced Im going to bother with travel insurance going forward, its too much hassle!

For cancellation claims it's best to simply see your doctor before cancelling and get them to confirm you are not fit to travel.0
