The propert fund was frozen on 20 Oct 23 and remains frozen. Apparently this can go on indefinitely so the 6 months anticipated originally was a red herring. I've been waiting for 7 months for SJP to deal with my complaint about being charged for annual financial advice I did not receive. I've withdrawn as much of my investment with SJP as I can (and had to pay an "early release" fee) and will most certainly be withdrawing the remaining property fund investment as soon as is possible. Avoid SJP at all costs!!!0

Apparently this can go on indefinitely so the 6 months anticipated originally was a red herring. Not quite. They can suspend it for upto 6 months without FCA approval, but to go beyond that, they need to notify the FCA to get approval. Which is what they did.
