Message from MBNA

Options
Just had an alert from MBNA that a message was waiting for me online. It seemed important, that they sent me an alert about a document I should read. The document stated something along the lines of "we notice that you don't always make the minimum payment on time ... ". Well actually, I always make the FULL payment, and via direct debit. Has anyone else received a similar message recently?

That does sound odd, perhaps phone them to ensure your direct debit is being taken on thre correct date each month

All DDs taken on time. I had a so called 'chat' with them online - "awfully sorry, please ignore the message". Not really very helpful.

Sorry to drag up this old post, but, I complained via their online claim form. I've recently received a profusely apologetic letter from them - and a cheque for £25. Every little helps, as they say.
