Just had an alert from MBNA that a message was waiting for me online. It seemed important, that they sent me an alert about a document I should read. The document stated something along the lines of "we notice that you don't always make the minimum payment on time ... ". Well actually, I always make the FULL payment, and via direct debit. Has anyone else received a similar message recently?

That does sound odd, perhaps phone them to ensure your direct debit is being taken on thre correct date each month1

Sorry to drag up this old post, but, I complained via their online claim form. I've recently received a profusely apologetic letter from them - and a cheque for £25. Every little helps, as they say.1
