Hi, currently in the midst of looking to purchase a house, making an offer this week, and looking to go ahead..blah blah blah.
I’ve just checked my credit file, as this is now a ‘hobby’ of mine..lol.
I’ve noticed there has been an arrangement to pay at the end of may and June with Scottish power.

I do not owe them a penny, so why would they register this!?
Secondly, will it affect my mortgage application this week?

You would be better advised to first seek recourse via the complaints process, courts want to be certain all other avenues were explored before they become involved in disputes.
