in Credit cards
The reality of having a Onmo credit card is:
1. Most of the high reviews are not based on experience, because new customers are pressured in making a quick review for the following reason: Onmo gives a new customer a few days to write a review on Trustpilot in return for a voucher. This is an unethical way of going about things. The reality of the reviews should be an average of 1-2 stars.
2. Onmo's customer service is the worst I have experienced by ANY company or organisation in my lifetime. They make HMRC look exceptional. You do not get a reply on their app. You are lucky to get someone to deal with your issue by email. After a dozen messages on the app and five or six via email, I eventually received a call from them. A lady, who was in a rush by the way told me she would ring me again a week later to receive an update from me and to issue me with a good will gesture. This did not happen.
3. My card cannot be used on the Sainsburys online shopping. I informed Onmo of this on too many times to remember.
Please do not use them, even though you might feel you will accepted. Be patient and wait for the opportunity to be accepted by a respected credit card company, it will be better for you in the long run.

Not helped by have a variable 39.9% APR.
I wonder if the problem with Sainsburys is that Sainsburys don't want to accept these cards rather than Onmo has a problem getting them to work with the S's online system.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards. It's completely open to manipulation, companies can pay for access which it possible for them to 'challenge' reviews, which is tantamount to gerrymandering IMHO.Brie said:

Why would Sainsburys do such a thing? They accept Visa credit cards, that's should be all there is to it.I suspect Onmo aren't properly handling the authorise + (later) capture method Sainsburys Online use.0
