This competition is organised by Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH, Europa-Park GmbH & Co Mack KG, Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH and collab-ed LLP (hereafter competition partners).

This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK and aged 18+ with the exception of the competition partners’ employees or any third parties connected to organising the prize draw.

Entries must be submitted before 11.59pm on Sunday 23rd June 2024.

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via email.

Failure to gain access to the competition due to technical difficulties, faults on websites, or for any other reason is not the responsibility of either of the competition partners.

None of the competition partners can be held responsible for any loss that may be incurred by participants attempting to enter the competition.

Any participant entering this competition using false or misleading information will be disqualified and any prizes won will be withdrawn. This includes, but is not limited to, names and email addresses.

By entering, entrants accept that their data will be used for the purpose of processing the prize draw.

Entrants’ information will be used by the competition partners for the fulfilment of the prize draw but will not be used for future marketing purposes, unless permission has been given to do so via both the opt-in agreement when entering the competition and a secondary email opt-in confirmation.

The competition partners reserve the right to suspend or cancel the competition at any time.

The prize is subject to availability and the competition partners reserve the right to substitute the prize. No cash alternatives will be given.

The prizes must be claimed within one year of the date the winner is notified.

The competition partners reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, without prior notice, at any time. Any updates will be made here.

Privacy Policy

The security of the data collected for this competition is important to the competition partners, but no method of transmission over the internet, or electronic storage, is 100% secure, and while all commercially acceptable means to protect any collected data will be utilised, its absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Data will be used and stored on the competition partners’ servers for the sole purpose of selecting the competition winner and will be deleted by the 31st December 2025 at the latest.

Data belonging to entrants who have agreed for their information to be used for future marketing purposes, will be stored on the competition partners’ servers until consent to do so is withdrawn.
