Defaults and DMP

Hi, I’ll try and keep this short. Looking for some help on clarifying the process once a DMP is completed.
I finished my DMP (DAS) in may. All accounts are in the process of being settled and all but 1 (TSB) have already defaulted back in 2018.
TSB have been registering missed payments forever and I recently got it in writing this was wrong and they were going to get my report updated (still waiting) however, more worrying they’ve marked my TSB loan as settled but the registered a default in may 2024.
I’m going to call them on Monday to understand but would appreciate any guidance on what to say or challenge them on.
I’m absolutely gutted my credit file would have been much improved (all defaults and DMP gone within next few months) but TSB have made it ten times worse. I’m saving for a deposit and hopefully mortgage this year so you can understand how frustrating this is!

All defaults should pre-date your DAS.
No point calling them, as the call handler will not have a clue what you are talking about.
