Morning all.
Last year i upgraded from a 7inch to the 10 inch tablet.I like the way you can get around with Amazon Fire and so hubby has just ordered the new Amazon Max 11.
When i went to load all my favourites on to my 10 inch tablet i immediately got all the bookmarks transferred across which was great, didn't have to do them all again.
However i am thinking, will the same happen when hubby first starts using and saving favourites on his new one ? Does it go by name,by the fact it will be the same internet router,or what ?If so,how can we avoid it happening ?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

When you buy Amazon stuff like the tablets and the Fire series there's usually an option to associate it with your existing Amazon account which may be the default unless you tell it otherwise.2

What @Neil_Jones said. The easiest way to set up the new tablet and not share data is to get your husband to create his own new Amazon account.1
