Heya I bought iPhone from facebook market place a couple week ago. Everything was fine with phone and working well suddenly couple days ago it lost the network signals and then I tried contacting my carrier and then apple customer care at the end I got to know someone got a replaced device over this phone.
I think the person claimed the phone back through insurance and I lost the money
Now could you guys please help me what to do because I worked weeks to get that money and now I lost it. It's frustrating and making me crazy😭😭😭

Your claim would be against the person you bought from, however it is unlikely you can get their real details now. Is their Facebook profile still active?0 -
Did you go to an address to purchase the phone?

So probably a stolen phone. Facebook - no scams on there, so it can't be.
Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.2 -
If you have an address from the person you bought it from, you have options. If you don't, your money has gone.
Don't buy expensive technology from people on Facebook. Either get a cheaper phone or buy a second-hand one from a physical store.0
