Wages not paid

I recently left my job had final payslip sent to me with correct hours worked, boss is withholding wages saying that I am in breach of contract for notice, am I right in saying that she cannot withhold work carried out but can withhold holding owed extra

As stated, go to the Pensions regulator as well.

Is your hmrc account upto date?

Ignore the abuse (or go to the police with it)
