Hastings insurance trying to charge me for nothing

    Without penalty means they cannot charge you for cancelling the insurance IE a Cancellation fee. 

    Hastings and many others are intermediaries or brokers and part of the premium will most likely be called an insurance arrangement fee and will be charged within the 14 day cooling off period which this bloke is in.

    Most of the time the 14 days you are charged the time on cover and any arrangement costs incurred by them.
