Bathroom door lock

This is probably a bit obscure but see what you think!
I want to fit a set of bathroom door lever handles that have a little knob on which you turn to lock the door when you're in there and which can be opened from the outside with a coin or whatever if a child locks themself in.
It seems to me that there are three kinds of handle locking arrangement available, on one you turn the small knob and it locks the door via a specific bolt like a tubular latch that needs to be fitted in the edge of the door, on the second type you have what amounts to a mortise lock in the edge of the door which has a both a sprung latch to keep the door closed and a bolt mechanism that's operated by turning the knob on the handle which locks the door.
The third type is what I'm after - I've seen ones where turning the knob below the handle disables the handle and keeps unwanted people out by stopping the operation of the standard tubular latch which is in the door.
I can't find a set of handles like described above - to me it's the simplest way of locking a bathroom door as you don't need to fit a mortise lock or a separate mortise bolt. I'm wondering what this kind of setup might be called so I can search for it online - so far I've had no joy and I've looked at a couple at Toolstation and they were not what I need.
Thanks if you've followed this so far and not gone to sleep!
