It might be worth chasing it up with the DWP.
You won't need to complete a new ESA3 everytime your savings reduce. Instead you should notify the DWP. You can do this over the phone but I would also suggest you do so in writing as you will have to send in a copy of your bank statements. Also, if you have made any large purchases you would be advised to keep the receipts and send a copy of these too. It's a pain having to do this (I had to, when my savings were between 6k and 16k) but without receipts the DWP could rule you have intentionally disposed of capital in order to obtain a higher amount of benefit (it's known as deprivation of capital) and the DWP could treat you as still having it (known as notional capital).
  • Advice.  I have tried to chase a couple of times, they just say they will send an email to dept.

It's adding to my anxiety problems, will everything be backdated to when I sent form in?  Is there anything else I can do to chase up?

    Thank you for your help.
  • Help.

My ESA has really been messed up by dept.  Not sure how to proceed.

I send an EsA 3 form begin to top up my Esa Contributions based, because savings now below £16 )k, and also get Severe Disability Premium top up.

I was told I would get just over £200 per week, got a back dated payment of £652.00 in October.  But still been only getting my original £276.40 every 2 weeks.

Been trying to chase up and no one knows anything, now saying I have to claim Universal Credit
