Appreciate the comment, I cannot afford the plumber's hourly rate as they are quiet high and I will check Homeserve, any reason why some post so 'don't to insurance?

Homeserve is definitely an option worth exploring. Regarding the 'don't do insurance' posts, I think some people might be skeptical due to past experiences with insurance companies or concerns about policy limitations. Others might prefer to self-insure or save for potential repairs instead.
