How to complain to Ticketmaster?

We bought Ticketmaster tickets for Crowded House at Shepherds Bush Empire last night. They were mobile tickets, with QR codes to be scanned at the door. Since the tickets were for an unreserved seating area we got there super early to get a good spot. When we finally got to the door we were told that they were unable to scan the QR codes on the TicketMaster tickets, and that we had to wait in the queue at the ticket office at the end of the building, where they would print paper tickets for us. The person at the ticket office seemed very confused, and had no idea what to do (which is strange, as at least 3 other people in the queue had exactly the same problem), but eventually printed us some paper tickets and we got in - much later than we had hoped. And got seats much further back than we had hoped.

I have been trawling the Ticketmaster website for a complaints email address but can't find one. Only a "chat" option which doesn't have an option for making a complaint (surprise, surprise). 

Does anyone know how to lodge a complaint with Ticketmaster.
