Civil Enforcement Parking Charge Notice

Options
Hi, I have received a parking ticket from Civil Enforcement LTD for a visit to KFC where there was a limit of 60 minutes however I completely missed that, is there a way I can appeal it on the grounds of proofing who the driver was? Any links to treads with a letter template would be very helpful. Thanks

Post redacted pictures of both sides of the PCN and pictures of the signage on site too if possible

If CEL fully complied with the law named POFA 2012 then the matter of who the driver was is irrelevant, especially if the keeper and the driver were the same person

Study the newbies FAQ sticky thread in announcements above your thread, about 6 down from the top of the forum

Plan A is by far your best option here, getting the business to cancel the PCN

It won't directly help you @bikerphil86, but I just want to highlight these words from that NtK...

Nothing wrong with the first sentence, but I have issues with the last sentence there -
"Please be advised that POPLA will not consider appeals that have not been sent to us first".

I read that as trying to tell the motorist that all POPLA appeal texts must be sent to Civil Enforcement Ltd before they can sent to POPLA. That is very wrong.

Why not just do what the sticky thread says?  NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST. Top of the forum (see my signature for how to hop there).

Every stage is covered in that Announcement thread, including a template appeal & pictures of Notice to Keepers, showing you how easy to spot a 'non-POFA' NTK is. A cinch to win!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's pointless redacting the dates/times of the parking event. Nevertheless, it is a non-PoFA NtK.
