What's the best online chemist? I was using Lloyds Chemist online for my prescriptions.

What's the best online chemist?

I was using Lloyds Chemist online for my prescriptions
Just found out these were taken over by Pharmacy2U
I've struggled to access my account and nobody in customer service, just a robot on the phone reciting irrelevant question
I'm looking for an online chemist to deliver my meds is all
Any recommendations?

Based on my experience I'd avoid the big multiples and look for a small local pharmacy that has its own delivery service.

Mine it not perfect but is many times better than I experienced with Echo / Lloyds / Pharmacy2U or whatever they call themselves this month!

I've used Pharmacy2U and they were ok.  My partner has regular repeat prescriptions and uses Boots online

I've been using  Pharmacy2U for many years and I've never had any issues. I like it that there's the option to select that you're "going on holiday" if you're ordering your medicines earlier than usual, so that this message is passed on to the GP. However, their "Reminder" setting is rubbish, so I put my own reminders in my calendar.
