So phoned DWP today was on the line for 40 minutes the advisor could not explain why I had not received a update. So transferd my call to a case worker who said that my MR has not even been looked at yet due to huge back logs. She explained that I should hear in the next 4 weeks.
It's not what I wanted to hear as it's been over 8 weeks now but what can I do.0 -
I’ve heard that timescales for MR decisions for PIP have increased from up to 12 weeks to up to 15 weeks, due to backlogs. There’s nothing more you can do but wait for that decision to be made.0

That's disappointing as it isn't that long ago they made their (text update) decision by date for me in a MR. However they completely screwed up the Decision Letter initially and the correct one was no better except for getting the decision stated correctly - all implies a bit of chaos. Gonna have to just wait sadly.pope said:So phoned DWP today was on the line for 40 minutes the advisor could not explain why I had not received a update. Like many other government services they are sadly under resourced and struggling with the work load and under lots of stress. I remember what it was like many many moons ago as a simple decision maker, seeing my 'box' increase day by day and struggling to keep the pile under control.
We were still slammed when I switched to the other side, but the working conditions were better and the job satisfaction much improved.0 -
So have received a letter from DWP this morning bad news Dwp have decided not to change there decision at all care still at 11 points and mobility still 4 points also the length of award remains the same.
What happens now I am totally not happy with the decision made? But also had a feeling from this forum that DWP will stick to their original decision made0 -
If you wish to continue, the next stage is to appeal to tribunal:pope said:So have received a letter from DWP this morning bad news Dwp have decided not to change there decision at all care still at 11 points and mobility still 4 points also the length of award remains the same.

That's because you need to attach the MRN letter to the SSCS1, in order to show HMRC that this stage has been completed.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.1 -
Do I need to attach MR decision letter the whole letter 7 pages or just the front page?Alice_Holt said:
