Are letters chasing payment really automated?
I have been in communication with them regarding a vehicle that was no longer ours that we received parking fines for, after much contact with DVLA to get the confirmation and send it to DCBL Ltd(debt collectors) we have been told we have to potentially wait 30 days for it to be actioned meanwhile we keep getting letters, last one was Final notice of debt recovery. I am very worried about what their next move will be. I have done everything the DVLA and they have instructed.

Forget the debt collector's letters they are idiots that cannot do anything a final notice is the last one before the next one! They aren't fines they are speculative invoices. You should instruct Parkmaven to call off their tame Rottweilers as well they are the instigators of these scam invoices.3

You need to urgently read the Newbies/FAQ thread in order to alleviate your "worries". In short, you can safely ignore any debt collector letters. Come back when you receive a Letter of Claim (LoC).2
