Hi. After having a possible seizure, possible faint, Im under going investigation currently and awaiting results.
The problem is my car insurance is running out and cannot be renewed as I had to voluntarily send back my licence until Im told im fit to drive.
My PCP states the car has to be insured, but I can't get insurance. Do not know where to turn. Have contacted epilepsy uk and they cant advise me.
Has anyone else struggled with this situation please and got out the other side? Bad enough to have had the ? fit without this too, so struggling.
Thank you.

What about talking to the PCP company? What you need to do is find a way to get the car insured or return it to them. Can the car be transferred to another family member who can then insure it? I don't know the answers to these questions but just giving them as suggestions for you to try out.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Speak to the lender, explain - they should be able to set up some sort of policy to protect their asset - but it might cover the car only - nothing else.0
